When I was first shown this picture, I saw both so quickly that I couldn't decide which I'd seen first.
Maybe I saw both at the same time.
Maybe that makes me schizophrenic.

I could only see the mother in law. I had to Google it to see it highlighted to see the younger woman. Having said that, the younger woman is looking in the opposite direction, I was "looking" for a full face somewhere in the picture which obviously doesn't exist.
